How do you start using Schedult?
What happens after I sign up?
You will receive a welcome email confirming your trial. Our team will start researching your brand and business, designing your posts and writing the captions. The content will be scheduled to your dashboard. Within 3 working days, you will receive an email notifying the content has been scheduled, so you can review the content. If everything looks good, content will go out automatically.
How will I receive my trial content?
Content will be uploaded and scheduled for you in your personal dashboard. Once the content has been created, you will receive an email with the login details to access this dashboard.
How will I communicate with your team?
We have 24h instant support available on our site, but you can also submit revisions and feedback via the ‘Manage Account’-hub, which will be accessible through your dashboard.
What happens if I don't like what you create?
We’d be more than happy to make changes or completely re-do the content for you. If you’re really not happy, you can cancel at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time, at any moment.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
No – we only charge you once we’ve created the content for you. Once this has been created, we can’t refund for services delivered.
